Auxin Digital ("Auxin", "we") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why, and the choices you have.

When you use Start a Project we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and organization, the type of project, the areas it involves, your description, and any budget range and timing you choose.

With that submission we record where your visit came from (campaign parameters such as utm_source, the referring site and the landing page) so we understand which channels bring enquiries.

The site does not currently run third-party analytics. If we add them, they will run only after you consent, and this policy will say what they collect.

We use your enquiry to reply to you, assess the project and arrange a first conversation. We use attribution and analytics data in aggregate to improve the site and our marketing.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system, HubSpot, which processes them on our behalf. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship and any period the law requires afterwards. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a period of inactivity.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us through Start a Project and choose any category; we will verify your identity before acting on it.
